RECIPE
- ripe mashed banana
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Date Spread
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups GF oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup rasins
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- Preheat the oven to 300F
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe banana.
- Mix in the wet ingredients, followed by the dry ingredients.
- Portion out ~10 cookies (you can make more or less depending on how large you want your cookies) on a non-stick sheet.
- Bake for ~ 20 minutes or until the tops are golden
