VEGAN MAGNUM NICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

Blend:

  • 2 frozen bananas 
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla date spread 
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Shell - Melt some coconut oil and quickly mix it with 2 tablespoons of chocolate date spread and/or dark chocolate chips. Pour this mixture on top of your cold vanilla nice cream, and let that freeze for 1 hour #magic
