Layer 1 (shortbread)

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

The “Caramel” layer

  • 1/4 cup of date spread!

Chocolate top layer - melt the following together:

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup OR same amount of date spread 

Let it freeze for ~3 hours!
