- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/4 cup of oat flour
- 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder
- 2 flax eggs
- 1 1/2 cups nondairy milk
- 1/4 cup of date spread
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of raisins + walnuts
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
Bake on 350F for 30-35 min.
For frosting, mix @kitehillfoods vegan cream cheese with… date spread!!! To taste.
