VANILLA DATE BREAKFAST CAKE

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup GF oats 
• 1/2-2/3 scoop vanilla protein powder  *use MELISSA15 for 15% off!*
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup nut milk
• 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (optional)
• 2 tbsp vanilla date spread

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray an oven safe bowl generously with cooking spray.
2. In a high speed blender or food processor, add all ingredients except for date spread and blend until smooth.
3. Spoon into bowl and swirl date spread on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
