CHUNKY APPLE LOAF
RECIPE
  • 2 cups of gluten free flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 cup of apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup of cinnamon date spread
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small, diced apple
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350F and bake for ~1 hour!
