TAHINI DATE COOKIES

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of chocolate date spread
- 1.5 blanched almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 egg (sub flax “egg” if vegan)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4-1 cup of a chopped dark chocolate bar or chocolate chips 

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Add your wet ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Then add the dry / mix well. Fold in the chocolate. Roll the cookies into balls (this helps them not to stick to your hands!).
Bake for 7 min. Turn the pan and bake for another 3 min. Remove from the oven & let them cool completely before eating
