SWEET OATMEAL SKILLET

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp of Wanna Date?
  • 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 of a diced peach
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

DIRECTIONS

Mix the dry ingredients in bowl.

Add all of the wet ingredients in (except peaches/blueberries) and stir. THEN add the peaches/blueberries! 

Bake at 350F for about 22-25 minutes (until the middle starts to get golden brown) Check after 20 minutes.
