RECIPE
- 2-3 cups of cauliflower rice
- 2-3 handfuls of kale
- 1/4 cup of original date spread
- 2 tbsp of coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- Add salt as desired
- *optional protein additions* eggs, tofu, chicken, fish, etc.
DIRECTIONS
Steam kale on stovetop until wilted
Mix in cauliflower rice
Add coconut aminos and cook on medium heat for ~15 minutes
Add the date spread, nutritional yeast, and salt + optional protein
