INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of gluten free flour (we used Bob's Red Mill)
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 2/3 cup of thick yogurt (like Chobani or Siggy's!)
- A pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix the dry ingredients together, add the yogurt in last, and roll/flatten it into a dough. Cut the dough into strands, and spread cinnamon date spread on there! Gently roll the strips with date spread into a roll shape, sprinkle more cinnamon on top, and bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.
