- 2 cups of oat flour
- 1 cup of original date spread
- 1 tsp coconut milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup of vanilla date spread
- 1 cup of cashew butter
Preheat oven to 350F
Separate the dough mixture into 4 rectangular shapes on a nonstick or lined baking sheet. These will be the bottoms of the poptarts. Bake these for 10 minutes.
After the bottoms have baked, spoon 2 tbsp of the filling onto each poptart bottom.
Divide the remaining dough into four pieces, place each piece on top of the filled bottoms. Press the edges with a fork and bake fro another 10 minutes.
Let them cool for 15 minutes and enjoy!
Frosting: 1/2 cup of yogurt + 1/2 cup of blueberries + 1/2 cup of strawberries
