Brownie Recipe:
- 1 cup of chocolate date spread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup of almond butter
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 3 cups of almond flour
- 3/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Blend the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Bake on 350F for 20 minutes, and prepare the frosting-
Avocado mousse frosting
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of chocolate date spread
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend in a food processor until smooth, refrigerate for 1 hour.
