• 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp original date spread
  • 1/2 of a mashed banana
  • 1/2 tbsp Almond or Pecan Butter
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp nut milk
  • 2 figs- one diced inside and one sliced on top


In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Then add the wet and mix. Fold in one chopped fig. Pour into a 6.5-inch cast iron or greased baking dish of choice. Top with a sliced fig. Bake at 350F for about 23-25 minutes.
