Ingredients:
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp @birchbenders paleo pancake mix
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend
1/4 cup water
1-2 shredded baby carrots
1-2 tbsp pumpkin date spread
Toppings:
2 tbsp of dairy free yogurt + a sprinkle of granola
Mix your pancake mix, spice, and water first. Add the carrots o the mix. Pour into a small bowl. Fill the middle with date spread (lava cake vibezzz) and microwave for 40 seconds, then another 30-45.
