INGREDIENTS
Dough:1/4 of a mashed banana
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp nut milk
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp baking powder
Filling:
2 tbsp cinnamon date spread + 1/4 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the dough ingredients and drops of more milk as needed if it’s too dry to mix. Put a bit of coconut flour on a surface and roll the dough out, forming a flat rectangle. Spread cinnamon date spread on as filling and roll the dough real tight! Place it in a small bowl or ramekin dish and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
