SAMOA PROTEIN BITES
To make the bite part, you need:
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp honey *sub maple syrup if vegan*
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder - use code MELISSA15 for 15% off!
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut
- Handful of dairy-free chocolate chunks/pieces

For the filling:
~ 1/4 cup chocolate date spread
~ 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate to melt / drizzle

INSTRUCTIONSSS
In a medium sized bowl mix the cashew butter and honey.
Add protein powder, coconut flour, and salt. Mix again and then use your hands to knead the dough. (Every protein powder is different so you may require more or less force to mix)
Now add the toasted coconut and chocolate. Form into balls and create a divot in the center. Place on a parchment lined plate or tray and fill with chocolate date spread. Dip the bites in melted chocolate // drizzle it all over!
Place in the fridge to let them set & enjoy!
