* 3 1/2 cups bread flour
* 1 tbs pumpkin spice seasoning
* 2 tps kosher salt
* 2 tps instant dry yeast
* 1 small can pumpkin purée
* 1/3 cup pumpkin spice date spread
* 4 tbs vegan butter, melted


Place the pumpkin, salt, date spread, spices, water, and yeast into a bowl. Mix well. 

Add 1 cup of flour to the mix. Thoroughly combine, and repeat 1 cup at a time. 

Add the butter. Knead together everything in the bowl until it is smooth. 

Let the dough sit, bubble, and rise for ~12 hours. 

Flatten the dough, and spread Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon Wanna Date? evenly. Roll the dough into a cylinder.   

Place onto parchment paper. Bake on 375F for 30-35 minutes
