- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/3 cups of Birch Benders Paleo Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Spice Date Spread
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Mix the ingredients and pour the batter into a greased 9x5 inch pan.
Using a fork, scoop a bit of pumpkin spice date spread onto the surface of the batter, lightly drag the fork in an "S" motion and repeat so that the date spread creates a visible swirl.
Bake on 350F for 50 minutes
