INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp of pumpkin spice date spread
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp of almond milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Whisk the wet ingredients together in one bowl, mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then combine and make your pancakes on a greased stovetop!
