- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 heaping tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp sweetener of pumpkin spice date spread
In a pot, add adds, spices, pumpkin and liquid.
Stir. Bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce to simmer, stirring periodically till thick.
Topped with yogurt, banana, pumpkin pie spice, date spread, macadamia nut butter, pecans, and dark chocolate!
