- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/4 cup of pumpkin spice date spread
- 1/2 can of pumpkin
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup or honey
- dash of cinnamon
- *optional* chocolate chips or cacao nibs for a sugar-free alternative
DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredients in a food processor - No baking necessary!
