• 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin spice date spread
  • 2.5 tbsp pumpkin pure
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oats 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix everything together and let sit in the fridge for about 30 min. Remove from the fridge and scoop into balls. This dough is super sticky so use damp hands to help manage it. Form into balls and flatten to your thickness preference. These don’t spread much. Bake for 7 min. Turn the pans and bake for another 3-4 min. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
