- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp thick Greek yogurt

- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tbsp of vanilla date spread
- 1/4tsp pumpkin pie spice

How to Make:
Preheat your oven to 375. Mix the dough ingredients and kneed with your hands until a ball forms. Roll into a thin rectangle and cut in half. Mix together the filling. Place the filling in one half of the dough and place the other on top. Use a fork to press the sides in. Optionally, you can spread some almond milk on top & sprinkle cinnamon sugar for a nice crust!
Bake for 15-16 min.
