PROTEIN MUFFINS

Dry ingredients:

• 2 cups of almond flour
• 1/2 cup protein powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

Wet ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Original Wanna Date? Spread
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the dry ingredients, then add in the wet. Scoop the batter into the lined muffin pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes!
