PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of original date spread
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs

Instructions:
Melt the coconut oil and cashew butter together, add in date spread and stir. Next add in the vanilla, salt, and protein powder and stir until well combined. Add in chocolate + any other toppings… You can leave these in edible cookie dough form OR turn them into bites! Just store them in the freezer.
