PLANT BASED TWIX BAR
Base layer:
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of our original date spread
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Middle layer: more DATE SPREAD

Top layer:
Mix the base ingredients in a food processor until a soft dough comes together. Press this into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Freeze it so it sets.

Melt @lilys_sweets chocolate over the date spread layer.
Freeze for 30 more minutes, then cut them into bars!
