PLANT-BASED SHORTBREAD COOKIES

Ingredients:

- 6 tbsp of vegan plant-based butter (made with coconut oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A fresh jar of our cookie date spread :)

Instructions:
Mix everything and bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and indent cookies with a spoon, then place the tray back back in the oven for 5 minutes. Once cooled, fill the center of each cookie with Cookie date spread!
