- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2.5 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp creamy almond butter
- 1/2 to 1 tsp peppermint extract (depending on how strong you like the flavor)
- 4 tbsp chocolate date spread
- @lilys_sweets melted peppermint white chocolate and crushed candy canes to top!
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until a dough forms. Roll into 5 balls, dip in white chocolate and crushed candy canes and freeze!
