- 1/2 cup vanilla date spread
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (for extra sweetness, up to you)
- 1/2 cup +2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Mix all of your ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and then refrigerate it for 45 min-1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into balls & bake for 9 min.
Turn the pan and bake for another 2 min.
