PEANUT BUTTER DATE SPREAD COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla date spread
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (for extra sweetness, up to you)
  • 1/2 cup +2 tbsp almond flour  
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips


Directions:
Mix all of your ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and then refrigerate it for 45 min-1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll the dough into balls & bake for 9 min.
Turn the pan and bake for another 2 min.
