- 1/3 cup quick oats
- 1 scoop original protein powder
- 1 tbsp powdered peanut powder
- a pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp original date spread
- 3/4 cups of water
Toss all of the ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and mix well. Place in the microwave for 1 min, then give your oats a good stir. Place back in the microwave for about 1 more minute, until your desired consistency has been reached. Then mix again, serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy! We used bananas, PB, more date spread, cacao nibs, and coconut yogurt!
