- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp date spread
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 12 to 14 gluten free peanut butter filled pretzels
- dairy free chocolate for melting
- Salt
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl add your peanut butter, date spread, and coconut flour.
- Mix until a play dough like dough forms.
- Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- Wrap each pretzel in about 1 tbsp of dough.
- Melt the chocolate and coat. Add salt to the top and place them in the fridge to harden!
