PALEO PUMPKIN MINIS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of GF/almond flour
  • 1 15 oz of canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp of Pumpkin Spice Wanna Date?
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup (or you can use equal date spread)

DIRECTIONS

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes!

Optional: Top with melted marshmallows & melted, dairy free chocolate :)
