- 1 cup puréed butternut squash
- 1 ripe/mashed banana
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsps of Cinnamon Date Spread
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 6 tbsps coconut flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- chopped pecans to top
Mix together the squash, banana, date spread, egg, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
Mix together dry ingredients, then add in the wet. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and top with chopped pecans and extra cinnamon!
Bake for 20 minutes on 350F (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
