- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup of original date spread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
Optional:
- Add 1 cup of unsweetened chocolate chips
- Melt a quarter cup of chocolate date spread with warm coconut oil for a yummy chocolate drizzle !!!!
Mix the wet & dry ingredients separately.
Bake in a 9x5 inch loaf pan on 350F for ~40 minutes.
