Recipe:
- 1/3 cup oats- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp dairy free yogurt ( @kitehillfoods is a good option)
- 2 Tbsp vanilla date spread
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
Blend until you have a nice smooth oat batter. Then transfer the batter to a greased oven safe dish and bake at 375 for about 28 - 32min.
Top with extra yogurt + decorative sprinkles!
