NO BAKE CINNAMON ROLLS
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2, cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions


1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a thick dough forms. Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thick on wax paper.


2. Spread a ton of cinnamon date spread on the dough.

3. Carefully roll dough (using the wax paper to assist) and freeze on a baking sheet or flat surface for two to three hours. Cut into 2 inch slices. Enjoy!
