- 1 apple
- 1/3 cup of cinnamon date spread
- *optional honey or maple syrup
Slice an apple into thin pieces. Soak them in water, coat them in cinnamon date spread and optional honey or maple syrup. Allow the apples to cook in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Toss regularly until tender & top them on your favorite granola bar or bread with a layer of cinnamon date spread in between!
