  • 2 cups of kale
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (non-whey if dairy free)
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla date spread
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
