INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cup of almond flour
- 1/3 cup of pumpkin or banana
- 1-2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of collagen protein powder *use MELISSA15 for 15% off*
- 1-2 tbsp of chocolate date spread
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl or mug. Microwave for two minutes, stir halfway through!
