DATE SPREAD BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of psyllium husk powder 
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup of Wanna Date?
  • 1/2 cup of warm water

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl mix the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt together.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, date spread, and warm water together. Combine and mix both bowls.

Transfer the batter to a lined or greased 9x5in pan. Smooth/press the top evenly.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. The top should look very crusty! 

Optional: Feel free to add blueberries, chocolate chips, chopped nuts and/or banana slices to your bread! I added banana slices coated with Wanna Date?
