Blend…
- 1 16oz can of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of vanilla date spread
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Pour this into popsicle molds & freeze for 4 hours.
Once the bars are frozen DIP the bars into melted chocolate shell mix:
- 1 cup of melted dairy free chocolate
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
Put the back in the freezer to harden.
