HEALTHY PUMPKIN MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS
* 4 eggs
* 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
* 4 tbsp Cinnamon date spread (or Pumpkin Spice)
* 2 tsp vanilla
* 1/3 cup almond milk
* 2 tbsp cinnamon
* 6 tbsp coconut flour
* 1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven and bake on 350F for 18-22 minutes! Use your best fork-test judgement to make sure they’re done
