Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp vanilla date spread- 1/4 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 Tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbsp of dairy free yogurt
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
Combine everything, mix well, and bake in a waffle iron
