GLUTEN FREE DATE BREAD

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup cashew or almond butter + 1 tbsp date spread
* 3 eggs
* 1/4 cup almond milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
* 1/2 tsp baking soda
* 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 & line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl whisk the wet ingredients. Then add in the dry ingredients and mix well.
Transfer the batter into the loaf pan & flatten. Swirl Date Spread on the top. Bake for 25 min. Reduce the heat to 325 & bake again for 20 min. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
