INGREDIENTS
Layer 1 (brownie layer)
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup of chocolate date spread
- 1 bar of melted @hukitchen dark chocolate
Layer 2 (pumpkin spice layer)
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt or coconut cream
- 3 tbsp of Pumpkin Spice Date Spread
- 2 tbsp arrowroot starch
- 1 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Bake on 350F for 30-35 minutes (do the toothpick test!)
