INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, whisk together:
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cinnamon date spread
- splash of nut milk
Slice your bread of choice into rectangular sticks & let them soak in the egg mixture for 3-5 minutes.
Melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a pan and cook the egg-soaked sticks on medium heat, be sure to flip them so that each side cooks.
