DOUBLE STUFFED DATE COOKIES

Ingredients:
- 3 + 1/4 cup Chocolate Brownie Date Dough
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup softened dairy-free butter
- 1/2 cup coconut or regular sugar

Filling - a swipe cup peanut butter OR you can use date spread 🔥

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix wet ingredients. Then mix in the dry.
Roll into 16 balls and flatten.
Bake for 7 minutes, rotate the pan and bake for another 3 minutes. Let cool completely. Place a small amount of PB or date spread in the center of one cookie and sandwich it together with another. Eat em’ UP!
