Ingredients:
• 2 slices of gluten free bread
• 1 banana
• 1/3 cup of original date spread
Directions:
1. Preheat pan on a stovetop pan, or preheat a grilled cheese sandwich press
2. Apply date spread to one side of each bread slice and lay face up on pan
3. Place sliced banana pieces on the date-spread-side-up slices as it is toasting
4. Combine one slice onto the other. Flip as needed to avoid burning.
