- 2 tbsp of Original Date Spread
- 2 pieces of bread
- Mozzarella Cheese OR vegan cheese alternative
- 1 tbsp of plant based butter
- coconut oil
Grease a pan with coconut oil. Spread 1 tablespoon of date spread on each slice of bread, along with a tablespoon of plant based butter. Allow each piece of bread to toast for a minute before adding the cheese on top.
Allow the pieces of bread to cook separately (open face) with each slice of cheese for one minutes, then combine. Cook to desired & enjoy!
