INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon date spread
- Splash of almond milk
Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients and allow them to soak/settle overnight in the fridge! Reheat in a saucepan in the morning and add another splash of almond milk. Top with cinnamon date spread, bananas, peanut butter & seeds!
